We recently had the pleasure of visiting Club Mobay in Montego Bay Sangster International Airport on our trip to Jamaica. Club Mobay is part of Priority Pass so it is complimentary for members. Don’t forget you get a free Priority Pass Select membership with your Citi Prestige card!
We used Club Mobay departure lounge as Hyatt had their own lounge for us upon arrival and we had a great experience. The service started before security when you check into the Club Mobay desk and they fast track you past all the lines and through security. Once through security take the elevator up to the Mezzanine level and Club Mobay is located between gates 9 and 13. An agent will be waiting for you at the door to direct you to the main desk where you will need to show your priority pass and boarding pass for access to the club. There were three main lounge areas you could use. All had their own bar, buffet and comfortable seating to relax before your flight. We had a great spot with couches and our own TV.

Immediately upon sitting down a server came to take our drink orders and encouraged us to grab some food from the buffet. The lunch buffet included salad, sandwiches, sushi, fruit, pastries, snacks and some Jamaican specialties. Try the Jamaican meat patties, they were fabulous! All drinks and food on the buffet are complimentary and they had lots to choose from.

Club Mobay also offers free wifi, televisions, flight information, newspapers and magazines. The bathrooms were kept very clean and showers were available. There is a small spa where you can get your nails done or a massage for an additional charge. They have a children’s play area as well as quiet business areas with access to fax machines and ability to call internationally. There is ample seating throughout the lounge including tables, bar stools and couches. The lounge was decorated nicely and had views out onto the tarmac.
More Comfortable Seating
I highly recommend Club Mobay when flying in and out of Sangster International Airport. With international flights out of Jamaica requiring you to arrive at the airport 3+ hours early, the lounge is a must, especially since most gates have little to no seating. It is so nice to end your trip with a stress free airport experience and Club Mobay delivered!
